Shipping Policy

We want to ensure our products reach in good shape and condition to our customers.
Kindly note that we use renowned third-party vendors for shipping our products worldwide. Once the courier is shipped, we shall share the tracking id.

While we do the best packaging possible, it is impossible to guarantee 0 damage during shipments as it entirely depends on how the shipping company handles the courier in transit.

Should you have any complaints, please reach out to care@anadi.co.in with 4 sides clear picture of the product, 4 sides a clear picture of the outer carton/cover carrying the package clearly mentioning the order id within 2 days of receiving the shipment.

We shall try to help in the best way possible but refunds are not guaranteed on products damaged during shipment.

Once the order is placed, it is dispatched from Anadi within 3 to 7 working days in normal circumstances. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or any other events beyond our control.
