At Anadi, we follow the Vedic tradition of processing Organic Ghee following the principles of Ahinsak (harmless), adhering to “Dohan”, the practice of ancient India, wherein milk is taken from only two of the four teats and two teats are left for the calf. As per the tradition, the cow is regarded as divine mother and taken care of in accordance with principles of nature and left to graze in fields besides also feeding them with organic feeds.
